How soon will I recieve my order?
All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days.
Orders are shipped with tracking and you'll be notified of your tracking number once shipped.
Orders within Canada are typically received within 1-2 business days.
U.S. orders are typically received within 2-5 business days.
International orders are estimated to be received within 10 business days.
Custom orders and pre-orders will take longer to ship, you will be notified when shipped, estimates for pre-orders are shown on the product page.

All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer for international orders.

Solvita Collection gladly excepts returns and exchanges on regular-priced purchases. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your order, please email or contact us by using the form below to begin the return process.
Any returned jewelry must be in new unworn condition and returned in the original packaging.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Upon receipt of merchandise, a refund or exchange will be given in the same form as the initial payment.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable and are the customer's responsibility.
