How long does shipping take?
Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days unless otherwise shown on the product page. This depends if the item is in stock, made to order, or back-ordered. All orders are shipped with tracking and you'll be notified of your tracking number once shipped.
Orders within Canada are typically received within 1-2 business days of shipping. U.S. orders are typically received within 2-5 business days. International orders are estimated to be received within 10 business days.
Custom orders and pre-orders will take longer to ship, you will be notified when shipped (Estimates for pre-orders are usually shown on the product page).​
Will I be charged duty and taxes for orders shipped internationally or to the US?
The cost of duties varies based on the order total. We can't be sure if you'll be charged or not. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer on international shipments.
Solvita Collection accepts exchanges on regular-priced purchases. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your order. To begin a return process, please email us at info@solvitacollection.com or contact us using the form below. Returned jewelry must be in new, unworn condition and returned in the original packaging. Upon receipt of merchandise, a store credit or exchange will be given. Shipping fees are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. All made-to-order, personalized and sale items are final sale.
